No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any governmental authority. No Covered Party shall be responsible for any Provider's breach of any warranty including, but not limited to, implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or of merchantability, nor shall any Covered Party be responsible for any other wrongdoing of a Provider (including any liability in tort), as to any products and/or services available through this Site. No Covered Party shall be responsible for any Provider's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions nor for any Provider's failure to comply with applicable federal, state and local law including, without limitation, laws governing the sale, warranty, and return of perishables.
If, notwithstanding the above, a Covered Party is found liable for any loss or damage relating to the use of this Site, User agrees the liability of any such party shall in no event exceed the fee or charge to the User assessed by VacationSuperSearch.com for making a Purchase.

Posting notes/comments on VSS users' Vacation Notebooks is strictly prohibited unless the user has given his/her permission by verbally or electronically supplying you with his/her unique Vacation Notebook URL. If you post notes/comments to a user's notebook with the intent of soliciting that user for either a competing product or any unrelated product, you agree that the damage to the goodwill and usefulness of the VSS website could cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages may be difficult to ascertain. As a reasonable estimation of such harm, you agree to pay VSS $100,000 for each such unsolicited email or other unauthorized commercial communication you send through or to the VSS Services.
VacationSuperSearch.com reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on this Site. The amended terms shall be effective from and after the date that they are posted on the Site.
VSS respects the intellectual property of others, and requires that our users do the same. You may not upload, embed, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any person or entity. VSS has the right to terminate the Membership of infringers.
Circumventing or modifying, attempting to circumvent or modify, or encouraging or assisting any other person in circumventing or modifying any security technology or software that is part of the VSS Services will be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Additionally, interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the VSS Services or the networks or services connected to the Vss Services or impersonating or attempting to impersonate another VSS Member, person or entity will also be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
User access to all or part of this Site may be terminated or suspended at any time, without notice and for any reason.
The captions in these Terms and Conditions are only for convenience, and do not, in any way, limit or otherwise define the terms and provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions, and the related Parts of this Agreement relating to each service represent the entire agreement between you and each Covered Party regarding your use of this Site and supersede any prior statements or representations. The internal laws of the State of Wisconsin shall govern the performance of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Online Rebates are only good for travel originating in the US. All Online Rebates are in US dollars. Incomplete Online Rebate requests, Online Rebate requests for canceled trips, Online Rebate request for reservations made through other agencies/vendors, and requests for prior reservations are not valid and will be denied. Air only packages, land only packages, and certain special packages such as Square Deal Specials are excluded. Online Rebates may not be combined with any other offer or discount, may not be transferred, traded, or sold, and are void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Online Rebates are based on the Land portion of a confirmed vacation reservation booking without regard to the number of passengers traveling excluding (taxes, miscellaneous supplier charges, government fees, energy surcharges, port charges, and travel insurance. Limit one Online Rebate per booking. Online Rebate percentages vary by vendor and are subject to change without notice. Online Rebates are not applicable to reservations made via phone. Online Rebate requests must be submitted within 30 days of the final travel day on the reservation. Rebate checks will be processed and mailed within 14 business days of receipt of valid Rebate Coupon or online submission and trip completion. To avoid delay in processing please do not submit your rebate until after your trip has completed. If you have not received your rebate check within 4 weeks of your trip completion, please call us for status. All Online Rebates are subject to availability and are subject to change without notice.
