How are the tickets delivered?

Some of our vacation partners will email your documents to you directly after you make your reservation. Others will physically send your travel documents to you in the mail approximately 30 days prior to your departure.

Why should I buy from VSS instead of other agencies on the Internet?

How will I know that I am getting the best prices?

While super searching on our site, you'll have access to all the best rates from the world's leading vacation companies. Will there be cheaper rates somewhere else on the Internet (ala Travelocity, Expedia, Orbitz, etc.)? Yes and No. YES - you will find cheaper rates on the initial search results from other websites. NO - once you actually add up all the different costs, you'll find us to be very competitive. For example, our search result prices will often include transfers and insurance up front. Travelocity's prices won't show that. They'll be happy to sell you those, but only after you've clicked through enough screens to get to those costs.

I know that this airline has a flight for this time, but it is not listed on VSS. Why?

There are two possible reasons:

1. First, we only display available seats. It is possible that the price you saw is now sold out.
2. Second, it is possible that a special fare is being offered by a re-seller that has already purchased seats from an airline and which they are re-selling to the public.
