Provides a relaxed dining experience in a room filled with the fragrance of grand bouquet arrangements. The inviting environment welcomes 120 guests inside or 35 guests for alfresco dining in a setting adjacent to the resort's gardens. Casual breakfast and lunch service, including a Weekend Brunch, features traditional dishes. In the evening, Medici Cafe and Terrace transforms into a specialty restaurant offering a choice of Mediterranean-inspired dishes complemented by a selection of wines. Open 7 a.m. - 11 a.m. for breakfast, noon-3 p.m. for lunch and 6 p.m. - 10 p.m. for dinner. Weekend brunch offered Saturdays and Sundays 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Outdoor dining in a relaxed, casual setting is enhanced by lounge chairs, umbrella tables and rolled scented towels. Healthy cuisine and beverages are available both poolside and on the resort's beach, while refreshing Evian misters are offered to guests throughout the day. Open 11 a.m. to sunset.
- Firenze Lobby Lounge
A lounge in a living room setting, where guests are surrounded by artwork and views of Lake Las Vegas and high-desert mountains. Afternoon Florentine Tea, offering not only traditional scones, finger sandwiches and pastries but also Italian savories. Terrace service is offered on fine-weather days. In the evening, Firenze Lobby Lounge becomes a gathering spot with live entertainment and a selection of cocktails, cognacs, liquors, single malt scotches, wine and champagne by the glass, along with a menu of quality cigars and hors d'oeuvres, desserts and souffls.

- The Falls Golf Club
Designed by Tom Weiskopf, The Falls offers an unparalleled Lake Las Vegas resort golfing experience. The front nine and the back nine of this 7,250 yard, par 72 course are very contrasting. The front nine offers traditional desert golf with play in and around small canyons and arroyos while the back nine features over 400 feet in elevation change with dramatic views and scenery. The par-five 12th hole offers perhaps the best view of the Las Vegas Strip anywhere, as well as a view from well above Lake Las Vegas. There is a water in play on five holes total and five sets of tee boxes to provide a variety of options for players of different abilities.

This acclaimed Jack Nicklaus Signature Design Golf Course is also available for our guests to enjoy. The 7,261-yard, par-72 course offers beautiful views of Lake Las Vegas, along with three waterfalls and plays around arroyos and water. Reflection Bay also is home to a driving range and the Golf Institute of Lake Las Vegas.
