Ideal for couples and families alike, this sprawling, beachfront resort provides the perfect blend of natural beauty and upscale, modern conveniences. In perfect harmony with the ecology and environment of Mexico, guests of all ages are treated to dynamic amenities and services from the expansive swimming pool and child-friendly amenities to the selection of unique specialty restaurants and bars and the high-octane nightclub.

The Iberostar Paraiso del Mar and Iberostar Paraiso Beach make up this resort complex, which is designed to complement its natural surroundings. The resort boasts an attractive lobby, main restaurant with open kitchen, six specialty restaurants, two pool bars, a theater bar, cigar lounge, lobby bar, sports bar and nightclub. There is also a creatively-designed pool area, with separate children's pool and extensive sunbathing area. All lounge chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are complimentary. The complex includes various shops, a spa and gym, beauty salon, kids club with children's pool and internet access(for an additional charge).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are offered at several buffets and the main restaurant boasts an open kitchen. Dinner reservations can be made for the specialty restaurants, with a guaranteed table 3 times a week. The dress code requires that gentlemen wear long trousers. Snacks and all drinks are complimentary 24-hours a day. Table wine is offered with lunch and dinner and guests can request a special wine list for an additional charge. Room service is available from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and guests can also take advantage of the free shuttle bus service to Playa del Carmen.

EL SPA (only for adults) is in the Iberostar Playa Paraiso Commercial Center. It is a magnificent place to find and experience new sensations. The facilities consist of the humid areas in the ground floor with Sauna, Turkish Bath, Roman Bath, Jacuzzi, Bubble Beds, the Pediluvio and a great swimming pool with jets.
