General Information

This outstanding 24-hour All-Inclusive is located on one of the most unique beaches in the Riviera Maya. Dreams Tulum Resort, just 5 minutes from Tulum and 30 minutes from Playa del Carmen, provides upscale surroundings and combines fun and relaxation with the ancient world of the Maya. It is the only resort in the Riviera Maya where you can view the ancient ruins of Tulum from your beach.

A long entrance of white pillars linked by wrought-iron gating trace natural foliage on one side, and manicured gardens on the other. A hacienda in mustard-seed yellow trimmed with bone white in swirls of Spanish architect, sits on baked cobblestone in a desert-like oasis, with clay pots of cactus.

Enter through heavy doors with wooden floors marred to match the ambiance of a true hacienda, with hand-carved furniture, lamps shades in cutout lacy leather, antiquated ceiling fans, a nook with bookshelves and high-back comfy chairs.

A cluster of small and intimate specialty restaurants surround an outside bar in a courtyard. Reservations are not needed, in fact are not taken, at Dreams the concept is, you dine where and when you like. Never a wrist band to be worn.

Located between Playa del Carmen and Tulum and 75 minute drive south of Cancun International airport Sunscape Tulum is situated along a stretch of magnificent white sand beach in the Riviera Maya.
