General Information

The Catalonia consists of 711 air-conditioned Junior Suites in 31 separate villas surrounded by tropical vegetation and a warm atmosphere. In the center of the property there is a spectacular lagoon-size pool area with islands, fountains and jacuzzis. A long white beach enshrouded with coconut trees and sun shelters of thatched palapas is beautifully facing the Caribbean sea. Brightly colored sails of windsurfers and catamarans can be seen against a cloudless sky. A heavenly location for relaxation or watersports activity.

Six dining choices include the Gran Caribe buffet restaurant and the following a la carte restaurants: Mikado (Japanese), Mariachi (Mexican), La Toscana (Italian), Rodeo Steak House, and the Palapa Beach Restaurant. A taste of many cuisines! Also enjoy famous crepes and tasty ice cream at the Breton Ice Cream Parlor.
