• Chinois Restaurant
Featuring pan-Asian flavors, traditional Cantonese cuisine and Japanese sushi. Located at the new Casa de Campo Marina, open for lunchand dinner. At dinner reservations are required, and collared shirts and long pants are required.
• Upper Deck
Enjoy poolside service of cold drinks and light menu selections. Thursday thru Saturday of each week diners can take part in art shows exhibiting a variety of international styles and local artists. Open 9am-5pm.
• Cafe el Patio
An indoor tropical cafe, Café El Patio serves late lunches and dinners in asetting of country charm. Located in the hotel's main area.
• El Pescador
Lunch and dinner served in a scenic outdoor setting overlooking Minitas Beach and the sparkling Caribbean Sea. Reservations are required. Dress code: lunch is casual; at dinner collared shirts and long pants are required.
• El Sombrero
A festive Tex-Mex atmosphere complete with a Mariachi Guitar Trio, offering authentic south-of-the-border specialties and frozen Margaritas. Located at Altos de Chavón. Reservations required, open for dinner only.

Serving breakfast and lunch, located by the Golf Pro Shop overlooking the golf greens and blue sea.
• Tropicana Grill
Located in the hotel's main area overlooking the Cascade Pool, Tropicana serves great, thick, melt-in-your-mouth steaks and "surf & turf" specialties. Reservations required. Open for dinner only. Collared shirts and long pants are required.
• La Piazzetta
