Whether you choose to indulge in traditional afternoon tea in the lounge, savor complimentary canapes while sipping on a pre-dinner cocktail, or simply delight in an exquisite melange of international and Caribbean fare: the magnificent open-air setting of the Palm Terrace Restaurant is one of the most picturesque on the island. Add to that some of the best musical talents Barbados has to offer, and the Palm Terrace Restaurant is a place where memories are destined to be created. Open daily for afternoon tea from 3:30pm to 5pm. Also open nightly for dinner from 7pm to 9:45pm with live entertainment. The dress code is resort casual. No beachwear or athletic wear allowed. Located poolside, this casual open-air bistro provides a blend of exceptional food, a casual relaxed atmosphere and breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. Daily buffet breakfast features both a hot and cold station, with a wide selection of fresh fruits, cereals, pastries and hot daily specials. Lunch options change daily. Cafe Taboras also offers an appetizing selection of beach and poolside refreshments. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the dress code is informal. Reservations are recommended for dinner.

Located at The Fairmont Glitter Bay. It is a charming, open-air, award-winning restaurant overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The restaurant provides a beachside setting underneath towering palms and serves both international and Caribbean fare. It is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The dress code is informal, however, shirts are required. For evening, gentlemen need to wear long pants, and jeans or t-shirts are not permitted. Reservations are recommended for dinner.
